COULD YOU EVER MUSTER UP ENOUGH COURAGE TO BECOME STRONG AND MOVE ON? WELL I'M TELLING YOU THAT YOU CAN; YOU CAN AND YOU WILL, HEAL AND MOVE ON. YOU WILL NEVER FORGET BUT IN TIME, THOSE MEMORIES WILL HAVE NO  POWER OVER YOU. YOU WILL RECALL THAT TIME IN YOUR LIFE AND LAUGH ABOUT IT. YOU WILL LEARN FROM IT AND GROW FROM IT. STEP 1:   DO NOT BLAME YOURSELF!!!!!!

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. YOU MAY FEEL THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH YOU FOR HIM TO CHEAT ON YOU. YOU MAY BEGIN TO QUESTION WHETHER YOU WERE PRETTY OR BEAUTIFUL ENOUGH. WHETHER YOU WERE MISSING SOMETHING THAT THOSE OTHER GIRLS MAY HAVE HAD. THIS IS THE POINT WHERE YOU'RE SELF ESTEEM DROPS AND YOU FEEL LESS OF A PERSON OR MORE SO THAT YOU'RE INCAPABLE OF BEING LOVED. STOP RIGHT THERE!!! BEFORE YOU GO OFF MAKING JUDGEMENTS ABOUT YOURSELF AND PLACING THE BLAME SOLELY ON YOURSELF, ACKNOWLEDGE THE GOOD YOU BROUGHT TO THE RELATIONSHIP EVEN IF YOU POSSESSED FLAWS. UNDERSTAND THAT YOU GAVE YOUR BEST. REMEMBER YOU ARE ONLY HUMAN . DON'T BEAT YOURSELF UP.. AS A MATTER OF FACT, LOOK INTO THE MIRROR AND TELL YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE A BEAUTIFUL PERSON WITH A GOOD HEART AND THAT DESPITE THIS HURTFUL EXPERIENCE , YOU WILL TAKE SOMETHING FROM IT AND BECOME A BETTER YOU WHICH LEADS US TO OUR SECOND STEP

STEP 2: GAIN WISDOM

THERE IS ALWAYS A LESSON TO LEARN.. TAKE FROM THIS SITUATION A LESSON TO MAKE YOU A BETTER PERSON. MAYBE THE INTUITION WAS ALWAYS THERE BUT YOU IGNORED IT. MAYBE THE LESSON IS TO TRUST YOUR "INNER FEELING" THE NEXT TIME YOU'RE IN A RELATIONSHIP. MAYBE THE LESSON WAS THAT THIS PERSON WASN'T MEANT FOR YOU. IT COULD BE A HOST OF THINGS. THE KEY HERE IS TO BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF. YOU HAVE TO BE AWARE OF WHAT NEEDS TO BE WORKED ON OR ELSE THE SAME PATTERN MAY OCCUR WHEN YOU GET INTO ANOTHER RELATIONSHIP.

STEP 3: REBUILD

NOW IS THE TIME TO GATHER UP ALL YOUR WEAKNESSES AND EVERYTHING THAT YOU'VE LEARNED AND REBUILD.. MAKE IT FUN.. IT CAN BE EXERCISING TO  CRETE A NEW FIGURE, TRYING A NEW HAIRSTYLE OR WARDROBE, ETC. THE REBUILDING PROCESS IS FOR YOU CREATE A NEW "YOU" IT SYMBOLIZES A NEW BEGINNING, A NEW STAGE IN YOUR LIFE TO START FRESH AND INVITE NEW PEOPLE, EXPERIENCES, AND ADVENTURES INTO YOUR LIFE

STEP 4: CHANGE YOUR PHILOSOPHY

YOU PROBABLY CREATED A MINDSET THAT DWELLS ON A LOT OF NEGATIVITY... ITS A LOT OF ANGER WITHIN YOU AND GREAT PESSIMISM. YOU'RE PROBABLY SAYING FORGET LOVE AND EVERYTHING THAT COMES WITH IT. YOU MOST LIKELY BELIEVE THAT ALL MEN ARE THE SAME AND YOU'VE PLACE THESE DIFFICULT BARRIERS UP. WELL THIS MENTALITY WONT HAVE YOU FINDING LOVE NO TIME SOON NOR HAVE MEN WANTING TO BE AROUND YOU. IF YOU CONTINUE TO PLAY THE VICTIM, ITS GOING TO PUSH GUYS WHO COULD POSSIBLY BE RIGHT FOR YOU AWAY.. THEY'RE GOING TO ALWAYS FEEL THAT YOU SOMEHOW PLACED THEM INTO A CATEGORY OF SOMEONE WHO WILL EVENTUALLY MESS UP LIKE THE LAST GUY. THE KEY HERE IS TO ASSIGN RESPONSIBILITY TO THE ONE WHO DID WRONG, NOT EVERY OTHER GUY. I KNOW ITS DIFFICULT BUT YOU CANT WEAR YOUR HURT ON YOUR SLEEVE. YOU HAVE TO BE POSITIVE IN ORDER TO INVITE POSITIVE SITUATIONS OR PEOPLE INTO YOUR LIFE.THIS IS THE LAW OF ATTRACTION... YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE AND SEE YOURSELF BEING WITH THIS WONDERFUL PERSON AND BEING IN A POSITIVE AND HARMONIOUS RELATIONSHIP.

STEP 5: HAVE FUN &ENJOY LIFE; BE CONTENT WITH YOUR SITUATION

NO ONE WANTS TO BE HURT AND ALONE; BUT WHILE YOU SPEND YOUR NIGHTS SOBBING INTO THE PILLOW, THE WORLD IS STILL GOING.. YOU CAN NOT STOP LIVING FOR A PERSON WHO WONT STOP LIVING FOR YOU. TO BE CONTENT WITH YOUR SITUATION IS TO ACCEPT IT FOR WHAT IT IS; A SITUATION. THIS IS THE PERFECT TIME TO KEEP YOURSELF BUSY.. START A NEW HOBBY.. MEET NEW FRIENDS.. TRAVEL AND JUST DO NEW AND EXCITING THINGS THAT YOU'VE NEVER TRIED.. WHILE BEING SINGLE SUCKS SOMETIMES, THIS IS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO DISCOVER THINGS ABOUT YOURSELF YOU NEVER KNEW.. AFTER ALL, THIS IS THE PERFECT TIME FOR YOU TO TREAT LIFE LIKE AN ADVENTURE

Universal Law Theory

I'm no longer going to say belief/ believe unless it's something I personally experienced with the 5 senses and not with just the mind, imagination, etc

I have a theory that somehow our lives, circumstances, etc are an effect of causes resulting from universal laws..If we take for example the idea of God as a loving and kind creator, then a situation where a baby is born for a few hours only to die would make us question how kind he is.. I'm saying he because this is the most AGREEABLE description of how people see GOD. There are a lot of things that occur in the world that make you question both the logic and reasoning behind this God.. Here are a few examples:

• Famine, poverty, war, violence
• babies born with malfunctions, diseases, etc

These are just a couple points, now to get to my point of explaining this.. I stated above that I have a theory that our lives, circumstances, etc are effects of causes due to universal laws.. If you think about this, a person that may be BORN to certain conditions just may be reaping the cause of previous bad karma... This could be a strong case.... Why else would a loving god create you to be born unto conditions in which you suffer,  die young, born with a disease ,  etc.. People say this is his will or way and that there is a purpose behind it but ask yourself, DOES THIS REALLY MAKE SENSE?

Why is it that some people are born to favorable conditions or environments? If this is our ONLY life that we will ever live, then what did some people do to GOD to be born into misfortune that they NEVER had control of to begin with.. (this seems rather cruel don't you think)

My theory is that karma is the law that allows us to evolve.. Karma is based upon action and thought, cause and effect..which may in fact propose the possibility that WE ARE IN FACT THE SOLE MASTERS OF OUR LIVES OR IN CONTROL OF ALL THE CIRCUMSTANCES WE CREATE FOR OURSELVES IN THIS LIFE OR THE NEXT..whether we'll be reborn into earth or another realm (heavenly or hell) is yet to be determined..

Vipassana Meditation Camp

These are a few pictures from the vipassana meditation camp I attended. Despite talking to these gentlemen for only a day, it felt like we've known one another for years. These are truly good people with good hearts.. May they all experience real joy. Real Peace. Real Happiness. :)

This book is a must read for those who wish to understand this phenomenon we call love. It contains so much wisdom and gives the reader a more deeper understanding of what is and what isn't love..
