SO HE BROKE YOUR HEART AND LATELY YOU FIND YOURSELF CRYING OVER HIM AND FEELING ANGRY FOR WHAT HE DID TO YOU. YOU FEEL BETRAYED, CRUSHED, AND ON THE BRINK OF INSANITY. WILL IT GET BETTER? COULD YOU EVER MUSTER UP ENOUGH COURAGE TO BECOME STRONG AND MOVE ON? WELL I'M TELLING YOU THAT YOU CAN; YOU CAN AND YOU WILL, HEAL AND MOVE ON. YOU WILL NEVER FORGET BUT IN TIME, THOSE MEMORIES WILL HAVE NO  POWER OVER YOU. YOU WILL RECALL THAT TIME IN YOUR LIFE AND LAUGH ABOUT IT. YOU WILL LEARN FROM IT AND GROW FROM IT. WHAT MOST PEOPLE WHO HAD THEIR HEARTBROKEN FAIL TO UNDERSTAND IS THAT EVERYTHING PASSES. EVEN THE MOST TRAGIC MOMENTS OF OUR LIVES WILL FADE IN TIME. LIFE IS FULL OF DISAPPOINTMENTS... FRIENDS WHO COME AND GO, SITUATIONS THAT ALWAYS CHANGE, AND LOVE THAT BEGINS AND ENDS... ITS DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH SOMETIMES, TRUST ME I KNOW; I'VE HAD MY HEARTBROKEN TOO AND IT WAS A VERY DIFFICULT PROCESS FOR ME AS WELL SO FOR YOU I'VE COMPILED A LIST OF THINGS FOR YOU TO DO THAT WILL HELP YOU OVERCOME THIS SETBACK IN YOUR LIFE BECAUSE THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT IT IS; A SETBACK; A LIFE SITUATION AND NOT THE END OF YOUR LIFE FOR THERE WAS LIFE BEFORE YOUR HEARTBREAK AND SURELY THERE WILL BE LIFE AFTER.............

STEP 1:   DO NOT BLAME YOURSELF!!!!!!

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. YOU MAY FEEL THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH YOU FOR HIM TO CHEAT ON YOU. YOU MAY BEGIN TO QUESTION WHETHER YOU WERE PRETTY OR BEAUTIFUL ENOUGH. WHETHER YOU WERE MISSING SOMETHING THAT THOSE OTHER GIRLS MAY HAVE HAD. THIS IS THE POINT WHERE YOU'RE SELF ESTEEM DROPS AND YOU FEEL LESS OF A PERSON OR MORE SO THAT YOU'RE INCAPABLE OF BEING LOVED. STOP RIGHT THERE!!! BEFORE YOU GO OFF MAKING JUDGEMENTS ABOUT YOURSELF AND PLACING THE BLAME SOLELY ON YOURSELF, ACKNOWLEDGE THE GOOD YOU BROUGHT TO THE RELATIONSHIP EVEN IF YOU POSSESSED FLAWS. UNDERSTAND THAT YOU GAVE YOUR BEST. REMEMBER YOU ARE ONLY HUMAN . DON'T BEAT YOURSELF UP.. AS A MATTER OF FACT, LOOK INTO THE MIRROR AND TELL YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE A BEAUTIFUL PERSON WITH A GOOD HEART AND THAT DESPITE THIS HURTFUL EXPERIENCE , YOU WILL TAKE SOMETHING FROM IT AND BECOME A BETTER YOU WHICH LEADS US TO OUR SECOND STEP

STEP 2: GAIN WISDOM

THERE IS ALWAYS A LESSON TO LEARN.. TAKE FROM THIS SITUATION A LESSON TO MAKE YOU A BETTER PERSON. MAYBE THE INTUITION WAS ALWAYS THERE BUT YOU IGNORED IT. MAYBE THE LESSON IS TO TRUST YOUR "INNER FEELING" THE NEXT TIME YOU'RE IN A RELATIONSHIP. MAYBE THE LESSON WAS THAT THIS PERSON WASN'T MEANT FOR YOU. IT COULD BE A HOST OF THINGS. THE KEY HERE IS TO BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF. YOU HAVE TO BE AWARE OF WHAT NEEDS TO BE WORKED ON OR ELSE THE SAME PATTERN MAY OCCUR WHEN YOU GET INTO ANOTHER RELATIONSHIP.

STEP 3: REBUILD

NOW IS THE TIME TO GATHER UP ALL YOUR WEAKNESSES AND EVERYTHING THAT YOU'VE LEARNED AND REBUILD.. MAKE IT FUN.. IT CAN BE EXERCISING TO  CRETE A NEW FIGURE, TRYING A NEW HAIRSTYLE OR WARDROBE, ETC. THE REBUILDING PROCESS IS FOR YOU CREATE A NEW "YOU" IT SYMBOLIZES A NEW BEGINNING, A NEW STAGE IN YOUR LIFE TO START FRESH AND INVITE NEW PEOPLE, EXPERIENCES, AND ADVENTURES INTO YOUR LIFE

STEP 4: CHANGE YOUR PHILOSOPHY

YOU PROBABLY CREATED A MINDSET THAT DWELLS ON A LOT OF NEGATIVITY... ITS A LOT OF ANGER WITHIN YOU AND GREAT PESSIMISM. YOU'RE PROBABLY SAYING FORGET LOVE AND EVERYTHING THAT COMES WITH IT. YOU MOST LIKELY BELIEVE THAT ALL MEN ARE THE SAME AND YOU'VE PLACE THESE DIFFICULT BARRIERS UP. WELL THIS MENTALITY WONT HAVE YOU FINDING LOVE NO TIME SOON NOR HAVE MEN WANTING TO BE AROUND YOU. IF YOU CONTINUE TO PLAY THE VICTIM, ITS GOING TO PUSH GUYS WHO COULD POSSIBLY BE RIGHT FOR YOU AWAY.. THEY'RE GOING TO ALWAYS FEEL THAT YOU SOMEHOW PLACED THEM INTO A CATEGORY OF SOMEONE WHO WILL EVENTUALLY MESS UP LIKE THE LAST GUY. THE KEY HERE IS TO ASSIGN RESPONSIBILITY TO THE ONE WHO DID WRONG, NOT EVERY OTHER GUY. I KNOW ITS DIFFICULT BUT YOU CANT WEAR YOUR HURT ON YOUR SLEEVE. YOU HAVE TO BE POSITIVE IN ORDER TO INVITE POSITIVE SITUATIONS OR PEOPLE INTO YOUR LIFE.THIS IS THE LAW OF ATTRACTION... YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE AND SEE YOURSELF BEING WITH THIS WONDERFUL PERSON AND BEING IN A POSITIVE AND HARMONIOUS RELATIONSHIP.

STEP 5: HAVE FUN &ENJOY LIFE; BE CONTENT WITH YOUR SITUATION

NO ONE WANTS TO BE HURT AND ALONE; BUT WHILE YOU SPEND YOUR NIGHTS SOBBING INTO THE PILLOW, THE WORLD IS STILL GOING.. YOU CAN NOT STOP LIVING FOR A PERSON WHO WONT STOP LIVING FOR YOU. TO BE CONTENT WITH YOUR SITUATION IS TO ACCEPT IT FOR WHAT IT IS; A SITUATION. THIS IS THE PERFECT TIME TO KEEP YOURSELF BUSY.. START A NEW HOBBY.. MEET NEW FRIENDS.. TRAVEL AND JUST DO NEW AND EXCITING THINGS THAT YOU'VE NEVER TRIED.. WHILE BEING SINGLE SUCKS SOMETIMES, THIS IS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO DISCOVER THINGS ABOUT YOURSELF YOU NEVER KNEW.. AFTER ALL, THIS IS THE PERFECT TIME FOR YOU TO TREAT LIFE LIKE AN ADVENTURE

Universal Law Theory

I'm no longer going to say belief/ believe unless it's something I personally experienced with the 5 senses and not with just the mind, imagination, etc

I have a theory that somehow our lives, circumstances, etc are an effect of causes resulting from universal laws..If we take for example the idea of God as a loving and kind creator, then a situation where a baby is born for a few hours only to die would make us question how kind he is.. I'm saying he because this is the most AGREEABLE description of how people see GOD. There are a lot of things that occur in the world that make you question both the logic and reasoning behind this God.. Here are a few examples:

• Famine, poverty, war, violence
• babies born with malfunctions, diseases, etc

These are just a couple points, now to get to my point of explaining this.. I stated above that I have a theory that our lives, circumstances, etc are effects of causes due to universal laws.. If you think about this, a person that may be BORN to certain conditions just may be reaping the cause of previous bad karma... This could be a strong case.... Why else would a loving god create you to be born unto conditions in which you suffer,  die young, born with a disease ,  etc.. People say this is his will or way and that there is a purpose behind it but ask yourself, DOES THIS REALLY MAKE SENSE?

Why is it that some people are born to favorable conditions or environments? If this is our ONLY life that we will ever live, then what did some people do to GOD to be born into misfortune that they NEVER had control of to begin with.. (this seems rather cruel don't you think)

My theory is that karma is the law that allows us to evolve.. Karma is based upon action and thought, cause and effect..which may in fact propose the possibility that WE ARE IN FACT THE SOLE MASTERS OF OUR LIVES OR IN CONTROL OF ALL THE CIRCUMSTANCES WE CREATE FOR OURSELVES IN THIS LIFE OR THE NEXT..whether we'll be reborn into earth or another realm (heavenly or hell) is yet to be determined..

Vipassana Meditation Camp

These are a few pictures from the vipassana meditation camp I attended. Despite talking to these gentlemen for only a day, it felt like we've known one another for years. These are truly good people with good hearts.. May they all experience real joy. Real Peace. Real Happiness. :)

This book is a must read for those who wish to understand this phenomenon we call love. It contains so much wisdom and gives the reader a more deeper understanding of what is and what isn't love.. I definitely recommend this book to anyone whether you're single or in a relationship.. Trust me. Its contents with enrich your life. :)

In search of......who we are

My theory is that somethings are unknown to mankind because we're limited to the 5 sense reality. What we see, touch, taste, smell, and hear is how we define our reality, what's real and what isnt. So many mysteries....so many limitations BUT IS LIFE REALLY A MYSTERY? ARE WE REALLY LIMITED?

Some search for the truth externally yet never find answers. coincidence? maybe? maybe not.

We use a small percentage of our brain compacity(10%). What could we possibly do if we inherited 100% at birth? What lies ahead for humans once we discover and unlock our full potential? The possibilities are limitless!!

Scientist have only 3% knowledge of DNA, the other 97% has been written off as "junk" DNA. Does the fact that because we dont know its use mean that we should classify it as "JUNK''? Uncovering this could be an evolutionary breakthrough! Who are we? What are we truly capable of?

It is the mysteries that amaze me more, which leaves me adamant on unlocking my full potential as a spiritual being on this here physical journey..

The Cosmic Joke

       This world is made of many souls which form the collective reality..... Is this collective reality a manifestation of our thoughts or of an intelligent architect who is the director behind our every thought, emotion, and action, all which can be classified as either wholesome or unwholesome, good or bad, wise or unwise...
I ask myself all the time. Am I slave with no control who serves a master intent on punishing me if I do not carry out his orders? Orders that are supposedly pre destined for me to perform anyway?
I wonder if a creator god truly exists or did mankind himself create qualities to describe an entity that he himself felt inferior to. This world has become the great paradox.. a cosmic joke with god being the comedian...

Wars have been fought in the name of religion and god.. Countless humans slain all in the name of upholding who/what man considers to be god. The god that many worship is the reflection of the humans he created... A jealous person capable of destruction but also capable of creation. We call ourselves human yet we're limited to this state of existence we call the physical plane unable to transcend space and time to understand that which we call god or a state of spiritual transcendence.

I do not have the answers but I learned that what doesn't makes sense should be re-examined. If it becomes that we hurt, harm, or destroy others in the name of god......then we're leading ourselves further from the truth....

Is it a mystery at all this thing called love?

I've learned that love has no opposites..

Love isn't loving someone one moment and hating them the next. In order for a relationship to be harmonious, both parties would have to destroy their egos. All attachments to the ego would have to cease but what does it mean to love without attachment?
Are we able to love with the understanding that this isn't forever?
We don't always know the nature of others and their purpose of coming into our lives..
We can only appreciate and nurture one another while we're here...I know nothing last forever but at least while we're here you can do great things together..
If I met someone wonderful, is it a bad thing that this person makes me happy when happiness is based on external conditions that inevitably will change? What if it's joy that I feel...?
I'm still learning what love is as well as what love isn't..
It isn't jealousy, conflict, or strife.. It isn't dillusion...but love is harmony.. Love is positive energy emanating from both parties involved...love is gratitude for the person you love,their flaws as well as their strengths.
A person's strengths will bring you light while a person's flaws will help strengthen you, for what you see in another as a flaw is something you should examine within yourself....

The more I learn about myself and love, the more interesting this journey called life becomes..........
